Every therapeutic process is different. That’s why I work both online and in-person, adapting to your needs, your life stage, and what is most comfortable and safe for you.


Online therapy

I know that sometimes leaving home can be a challenge. In this modality, we can work from wherever you are, through fully secure platforms, guaranteeing confidentiality and peace of mind.

What do you need for online therapy?

In-person therapy

Some people need to leave their environment and have a physical space of privacy and intimacy for the therapeutic process.
