Individual therapy

I work with adults who are going through difficult times, who don’t always know exactly what’s happening to them or who need to make important decisions.

We also address what has been causing discomfort for a long time or that prevents you from feeling well.

The goal is clear: understand what’s happening and work with concrete tools so you can feel better.

What can we work on in individual therapy?

Anxiety and panic attacks

Constant worries, feeling of alertness, intense or irrational fear, panic attacks, blockage, or physical discomfort without an apparent cause.

Includes panic, hypochondria, and phobias.

Depression and emotional apathy

Prolonged sadness, feeling of emptiness, apathy, lack of motivation, or difficulty enjoying what used to make you feel good.

OCD and intrusive thoughts

Repetitive and intrusive thoughts that are difficult to control, need to think or act in a specific way, or check things over and over again to relieve anxiety.

Psychological trauma (EMDR)

Past experiences that still hurt or influence your current life, sometimes without you being fully aware.

Work with EMDR to facilitate trauma processing and reduce its emotional impact.

Emotional management

Learn to identify what you feel, understand why it arises, and regulate it so it doesn’t overwhelm you.

It’s not about not feeling, but about feeling better, tolerating uncomfortable emotions, and relating to them in a healthier way.

Self-esteem, relationships, and sexuality

Difficulties knowing who you are, what you need, or how to take care of yourself.

Problems with self-image, insecurity, disconnection from yourself, relationships that repeat or wear you down, fear of abandonment, emotional dependence, and difficulties enjoying sexuality in a free and relaxed way.
